Meet Our Team
Sharon Chipping
Relationship Team Manager
I joined Compass in 2001 and therefore have a good knowledge of the industry and can usually help with most things. I love spending time with my family, getting outdoors – especially the coast and trying new things.
Job title: Relationship Team Manager
Main responsibilities: Supporting our Compass Appointed Representatives and Introducer Appointed Representatives, including supervision, compliance audits and training. Also overseeing the Complaints for Binnacle.
Length of time with Compass: Almost 19 years
Any relevant or interesting previous experience: I have worked in the commercial team, direct team and now the relationship team, so understand most areas.
Favourite part of the job: Speaking to and visiting parks
Favourite band: I have a totally eclectic taste in music, I love live music especially and getting to gigs when I can
Favourite food: Italian!
Favourite thing to do when not working: I love getting outdoors, walking my dog Ted and cycling. We have recently taken on an allotment, so we are learning to grow our own vegetables.
Favourite holiday destination: I love Cornwall and try to visit a couple of times each year. I can’t wait to Cycle the Camel Trail from Wadebridge to Padstow when we visit at Easter.
Roxanne Weir-Lovemore
Relationship Team
I joined Compass in 2021 as an Account Handler until the opportunity came up to join the Relationship Team, which allowed me to expand my knowledge further. In my spare time, I like to catch up with my friends and family and keep active.
Job title: Relationship Team Advisor
Main responsibilities: Working closely with our Regional Account Managers and supporting our Appointed Representatives (AR’s) and Introducer Appointed Representatives (IAR’s) with Onboarding, Training, Distribution of marketing materials, Annual Monitoring & Regulatory Requirements, AR Portal, Renewals and Renumeration queries.
Favourite part of the job: Speaking to our parks and building relationships.
Favourite TV show: That’s an impossible question! But, at the moment, I would properly go for Stranger Things (Netflix).

What is your guilty pleasure: I’m a bit of a (not-so-secret) nerd, and I play a Solitaire tournament daily.
Favourite holiday destination: Anywhere where the sky is blue, and the people are friendly… And after having looked around The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show, I think it would have to be in a Lodge!

What’s on your bucket list: To live aboard and be fluent in another language.

Relationship Team
I joined Compass in 2007 and spent the majority of this time as a Claims Handler for Compass before joining the Relationship Team. My hobbies/Interests include quality time with family, camping, walking, music, reading, Formula 1 and eating out.
Job title: Relationship Team Advisor
Main responsibilities: Providing support and assistance to parks including the introduction, onboarding, and ongoing monitoring
Length of time with Compass: Including previous employment with the company as a claims handler - 13 years
Any relevant or interesting previous experience: I was a claims handler for Compass for 12 and half years before an 8 month (break) from which I returned to Compass doing my present role.
Favourite part of the job: This is a hard one – I enjoy the work and the variety of it but have always felt very ‘at home’ working for Compass – maybe it’s the traveller ancestry in me – they love caravans!
Favourite sport: I follow F1 a bit. I like Verstappen.
Favourite singer: Alanis Morrisette.
Favourite food: Curry or Roast Dinner
Favourite thing to do when not working: Trying to remain sane whilst spending time with my boyfriend and the 4 children (my 3 boys and his daughter).
Favourite camping/caravanning holiday memory or destination: Devon Cliffs. I was taken there many times as a kid with my parents and brothers and always had an amazing time. It has changed a lot now but me and my boyfriend took our kids a couple of years ago and they absolutely loved it and keep asking to go back.
